Grant Cardone has invested an additional $100 million in bitcoin as part of a strategy that combines it with income-producing real estate. He believes this hybrid approach will yield higher returns than traditional real estate investment trusts (REITs).
During a Fireside chat at Consensus Miami 2026, Grant Cardone announced the investment, linking it to a recent property deal involving a $235 million asset. He criticized traditional REITs for being unable to hold bitcoin on their balance sheets and projected returns between 22% and 32% from his strategy. This latest investment builds on a previous purchase of 1,000 BTC made in 2025, bringing Cardone Capital's total bitcoin exposure to approximately $200 million.
