Petroleum retailers have indicated that soaring fuel prices will drive up the costs of goods and services across The Bahamas. Peter Roker, owner of Roker’s Gas Station, stated that gasoline prices are projected to rise by $1.02 per gallon, while diesel is expected to increase by $1.59 per gallon. Current gasoline prices in New Providence range from $5.32 to $5.77 per gallon, with diesel priced around $5.45 at some stations.
