UMA voters ruled that Strategy's June 1 disclosure counted for the June contract, despite a bitcoin sale occurring in late May. Bettors who wagered on a May sale lost as the transaction was not publicly disclosed until June.

Strategy disclosed on June 1 that it sold 32 bitcoin between May 26 and May 31, leading to a dispute on Polymarket. UMA token holders ruled that the sale did not count for the May contract since it was not publicly disclosed until June. As a result, bettors who anticipated a sale by May 31 lost their wagers, while the June contract resolved in favor of those betting on the sale.
